Our shipping terms

We are shipping inside Germany and into many countries inside and outside of the European Union. We use carriers such as DHL or UPS for packages up to a weight of 20 kg (per package). In case your order weights more than 20 kg, it will be divided into several packages.
If against expectation your ordered goods do not arrive, please contact us. Then we can check the shipping process and trace the package for you.

The shipping costs are as follows:

Shipping inside Germany:
per package up to 20 kg 17,00 €

Shipping International EU (to countries inside the EU):
per package up to 20 kg 55,00 €

Shipping International (to countries outside the EU):
per package up to 20 kg 150,00 €

It is not possible to collect your ordered goods directly at our office.
